Who can attend:
- Residents must be registered with a GP Surgery in Monmouthshire.
- You must be aged 75 years and over and due a spring booster (4th dose).
** There must be a 91 day gap since your last vaccination.**
** If you have had COVID-19 recently you must wait 28 days before you can be vaccinated. **
