Request a non-urgent (routine) consultation
Send information to the practice as requested by a clinician.

Please ensure your full name and date of birth is detailed. When requesting a routine appointment please add a summary of your health concern.

Any unrelated information that is sent to us will not be dealt with.

Please note that the practice email is for NON-urgent issues only. For urgent enquiries/issues please contact reception on 01291 440065/01291 626041.

The surgery will not accept or action requests for repeat prescriptions via this email. Please order your repeat prescriptions via the NHS Wales App or attend the surgery.
